OrthoSouth Primacy Pkwy is located across the street from St. Francis Hospital in East Memphis, off Ridgway & Poplar, minutes from I-240. Parking is available around the building.

Regional Directions

From Downtown Memphis (~15-20 minutes): Take I-40 E out of Downtown to I-240 S. Take Exit 15B for Poplar Avenue (US-72 E) toward Germantown. Turn right onto Ridgeway Road, then take an immediate left onto Primacy Parkway.

From Midtown Memphis (~12-15 minutes): Take Sam Cooper Boulevard east to I-240 S. Take Exit 15B for Poplar Avenue East. Turn right onto Ridgeway Road and left onto Primacy Parkway.

From East Memphis & White Station (~5-8 minutes): Head east on Poplar Avenue, Walnut Grove Road, or Park Avenue. Turn south on Ridgeway Road (past the Hilton Memphis and Triad Center), then turn left onto Primacy Parkway. Our campus is just down the street on your right.

From River Oaks & Kirby Woods (~3-5 minutes): Head west down Poplar Avenue or north via Kirby Parkway to Poplar. Turn south onto Ridgeway Road and take your first left onto Primacy Parkway—just minutes from your neighborhood without the need to get on the interstate.

Our orthopedic specialists treat everything from sports injuries and joint pain to fractures and work-related injuries — with same-day walk-in availability Monday through Friday.
